The Mission - Youth

Teens and pre-teens are understandably confused in today's ever-changing world. Confronted by tremendous peer pressure each day, many are experimenting with drugs and alcohol and even their parent's medications. Extremely poor role models from Hollywood, the music industry, and sports encourage our young people to regularly practice wrong behavior. Thanks to MTV and the hip-hop culture that permeates the lives of our kids, increasing numbers are sexually active (resulting in more teen births and abortions), with a growing fascination and acceptance of homosexuality and other immoral lifestyles. Can anything be done to save our teens? ABSOLUTELY! At Crossroads your teen or pre-teen will be taught how to live a Godly life in front of their peers . . . without apology. The Mission is our rapidly growing youth ministry where young people learn solid, Biblical truths that will transform their lives and attitudes. State of the art facilities, modern technology and computer graphics are enjoyed by our teens. In addition, lots of fun activities (inside and out of church), mission trips, and awesome times with great men and women of faith, all of whom have teens and are called by God to help young people.
